Returns Eligibility:
Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process:
To return an item, email customer service at support@thejonesycandle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting your return and our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange within seven (7) days. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
